Brian is a Michigan transplant who holds a BS in Business Administration and Marketing.
He loves to spending time with his wife and three children. They play and watch a lot of football and they love to take family vacations. Brian also likes steak, dirt biking and water skiing, but not at the same time! His favorite book is 48 Days to the Work You Love by Dan Miller and he likes to watch the Toy Story movies.
Brian is motivated by his desire to help hurting children and see Jesus transform their lives, and he wants to find a loving family for every child.
Recruitment Specialist Omaha
Dave is originally from Persia, Iowa, a small farming town that boasts a population of 300. He grew up in a musical family with two brothers and two sisters. Dave plays the bass guitar and still gets together with his family to play when he can.
He graduated from Buena Vista University, where he majored in Human Resource Management, and has been involved in recruiting throughout his professional career.
Dave has two little boys who are both big into sports and music. He enjoys classic movies like The Quiet Man and listening to Duke Ellington on his Victrola record player.
His favorite quote is from his father, who worked on cars for a living: “A mechanic is only as good as his light-man.” Dave feels blessed to be one of the many lights for Christian Heritage.

The middle of three sisters, Erica grew up in Grand Island and graduated from the University of Nebraska Kearney with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Nebraska teaching certificate in 7-12 Health Education. Both of her parents are teachers.
Erica loves to fish, go to the lake and boat, camp, bake and paint. Her favorite food is nachos, favorite book is The Best Yes, and favorite movie is Pretty Woman. An interesting fact about her is that she is deathly afraid of bats.
What motivates Erica in her work? Faith, family and friends (in that order). She is passionate about what she does and knows that she is doing what God has called her to do. Her favorite quote is from the Bible: “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own” (Matthew 6:34).
